ความต้องการของและระบบการติดตั้ง¶
ระบบโปรแกรม xView มีความต้องการ Hardware และ Software ประกอบอื่น ๆ หลายอย่าง ซึ่งคุณสมบัติของคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ต้องการ เพื่อให้ใช้งาน xView ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้ควรมีคุณสมบัติอย่างต่ำดังต่อไปนี้

เครื่องพิมพ์สามารถใช้ได้ทั้ง ชนิด Dot Matrix และ Laser หรือ เครื่องพิมพ์สี หรือ ขาวดำอื่น ๆ ทั่วไป

ขนาดของ Hard Disk ที่ระบบต้องการจะมีขนาดเพียง 20 MB ส่วนพื้นที่ใน Hard Disk ที่เหลือจะใช้สำรองและสำหรับบันทึกข้อมูลย้อนหลัง ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าต้องการเก็บข้อมูลย้อนหลังนานเพียงใด เก็บข้อมูลละเอียดเพียงใด

กรณีต้องการให้มีการ Alarm เป็นเสียงต้องใช้กับคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีระบบ Multimedia เท่านั้น

กรณีทำงานแบบ Client Server ต้องใช้ Network Interface Card พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่น ๆ ด้วย และเครื่องที่เป็น Server ควรเป็น PC ที่มีคุณภาพสูง

กรณีที่ต้องใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ร่วมกับงานอื่น ให้ดูในภาคผนวก

กรณีต้องการให้มีการแจ้งเตือนผ่าน Pager หรือ SMS ต้องมีอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติม เป็น Modem หรือ GSM Modem พร้อม SIM Card
